You could sit and eat with friends, work alone, or work in groups. It is completely flexible networking and working space. In these hotels that are primarily for business travelers they have created an innovative way to get people out of their rooms.
Way to think out of the box... and into the round cubby! Of course, I don't spend every day in an office cube; think if I did my response would be less enthusiastic?
I think the key here is the "food and beverage" opportunity for the hotel once they get you down to the lobby! Even so . . . :)
